DMS to manage SPANA's direct marketing

SPANA (The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad) has appointed charity marketing agency DMS to manage its direct marketing activity for the next three years. It will focus on increasing the charity’s supporter base, and thereby the the number of animals and owners it works with. It will work across all media, including integrated campaigns both online and offline.
The appointment of DMS comes following a competitive pitch. DMS was required to evaluate existing fundraising, looking at warm, cold and legacy direct marketing efforts to recommend improvements. The agency also looked into new potential audiences and media for SPANA to heighten its supporter base and profile.
