Corporate nominees sought for Chambers Ireland CSR Awards 2014
Applications are being accepted for the 2014 Chambers Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility Awards.
The Chambers Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility Awards were established in 2004 to recognise the work being carried out by Irish and multinational companies to improve the lives of their employees and to enhance the civic environment in which they operate.
This is a unique competition that offers the business community a chance to promote their efforts in CSR and gain recognition for best practice. The awards are presented in a variety of categories covering all areas of CSR.

The 2014 Chambers Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility Awards were launched by Mallen Baker, a UK-based CSR speaker, writer and strategic advisor, on Tuesday 4th March. The categories for the 2014 awards are as follows:
- Excellence in Community – Partnership with Charity
- Excellence in Community – Volunteering
- Excellence in Community – Community Programme
- Excellence in Environment
- Excellence in Marketplace
- Excellence in Workplace
- Excellence in CSR Communication
- Excellence in International CSR
- Excellence in CSR by an SME
- Outstanding Achievement in CSR (all shortlisted candidates are automatically eligible for this category)
Application forms are now available online. The deadline for submitting applications is 12pm Tuesday 15th April 2014.
