Irish fundraising awards open for nominations

Nominations are being invited for the Irish Fundraising Awards 2012 which will take place on 20 June in The Aviva Stadium, Dublin.

The awards promote standards and practices such as accountability and transparency and provide an opportunity for the nonprofit sector in Ireland to recognise and celebrate excellence in fundraising.

The categories in this years awards are:

The shortlisted candidates for this category will be voted on by Fundraising Ireland members. The deadline for nominations is Friday 25 May 2012.

Winners entered into Global Awards for Fundraising 2012

As a result of Fundraising Ireland’s membership of the European Fundraising Association (EFA), winners of the Best Corporate/Charity Partnership, Most Innovative Fundraising Campaign and Professional Fundraiser of the Year categories will be chosen to represent Ireland at the Global Fundraising Awards 2012, at the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) in Holland in October.
