Tickets to West Ham match up for charity auction

Melanie May | 9 May 2016 | News

Tickets to West Ham’s last ever match at the Boleyn Ground are up for charity auction.
The auction is open until 7.30pm this evening for the chance to win a pair of tickets for tomorrow’s (10th May) match, which takes place at 7.45pm. The event will be the team’s last at the venue before they move to their new home, the Olympic Stadium and will see them face Manchester United in the Barclays Premier League.
West Ham United defender Angelo Ogbonna has teamed up with CharityStars to raise money for Laureus Sport for Good, and has donated two tickets to the match. The winner and a guest will be sat in the seats reserved for Ogbonna’s family and friends, and the winner will also receive the shirt Angelo Ogbonna wears in the match.

Laureus Sport for Good works to help young people overcome challenging social issues including poverty, homelessness, war, violence, drug abuse, discrimination and AIDS through sport.
More information and the chance to bid is available on Ogbonna’s page on the CharityStars website.
