Yorkshire & Humberside charities – win a 200-guest fundraising event venue

CGC Event Caterers are giving a charities in Yorkshire or Humberside the chance to run a fundraising event at a 200-guest venue free of charge. To enter charities have to propose the idea that will raise the most money in the minds of the judges.
The winning charity will receive the venue, catering and staff for up to 200 guests, and the event has to be held between October 2011 and March 2012 at one of CGC’s selected venues. It will also benefit from a PR campaign by both CGC Event Caterers and the Yorkshire Post.
The competition is open to charitable organisations which, according to the Charity Commission’s website, operate in Yorkshire or Humberside only and must be registered on the Register of Charities.
The closing date for entries is 17 June 2011.
