All 4 Charities is the latest online shopping site to launch to benefit charities, but it aims to stand out from others in the market by promising to donate 100% of the commission it receives from its affiliate retailers to charity.

All4charity already features over 200 retailers including, M&S, Amazon, Tesco, HMV, Asda, and Play.com. Customers who shop with these companies via All4charities.co.uk generate a commission which All4charities will pass on the the shoppers’ favourite charities.

All4Charities’ founders point out that existing charitable funding shopping sites “take between 25% and 75% of the commission derived from every online sale”.

The founders are also offering to pass on all additional income derived from deposit interest and 75% of their advertising revenue to charity. The remaining 25% of advertising revenue will cover the site’s operational costs.

The company has set up an independent financial committee to oversee the commission payments to demonstrate its good faith to charities.

All4charities.co.uk’s founders include Bruce Gibson, former chairman and MD of a wine import company; Sara Brown, finance director of public limited company; and Dave Sharp, owner of UK Cook Shop, a cookware specialist.
