New Chief Executive at Vitalise

Jonathan Powell has been appointed the new Chief Executive of national disability charity Vitalise. He took up the position on 1st July after serving as interim CEO of the charity for three months.

Powell joined Vitalise from the social care charity Independent Age, where he was CEO for five years.

After six years in the Royal Navy, he spent 11 years with the Royal British Legion as a fundraiser, event organiser, field manager and, from 1997 to 2001, as Head of Operations & Development.
