Community Foundation opens grants round

The Community Foundation for Ireland has opened its Small Grants Scheme with a deadline of 30th March. Applications are open to community & voluntary groups within the Republic of Ireland.

The priority areas for the years 2004 – 2006 are to assist projects working to respond to isolation and to develop a more diverse society.

The Small Grants Scheme will have a particular focus on:

Applications submitted for the November 2006 deadline, are currently under review and will be distributed shortly.

The Community Foundation is a donor services and grant-making organisation. The Foundation – a registered charity – was established in 2000 with the support of Government and the business sector, and has grown with the support of individuals, families, businesses, religious and other institutions.
