Diabetes UK raises over £51,000 at Flora Light Challenge

Over 400 runners raised over £51,000 on Sunday 5 September for Diabetes UK by taking part in the Flora Light Challenge in London’s Hyde Park.

Ruuners for Diabetes UK included Lady Ann Redgrave and her daughters Natalie and Sophie, who were running for the third year in a row.

Ann said: “What better way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon than with
thousands of other women keeping fit for a good cause. As Steve’s wife and
a Sports Medical Practitioner, I know how important exercise and a healthy
lifestyle is to people with diabetes. Anything we can do to make people
realise how important it is to stay healthy is invaluable.”
