Newsreaders Dermot Murnaghan and Angela Rippon OBE won £32,000 on ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ for children’s charity NCH.

The pair faced question master Chris Tarrant as part a celebrity edition of the popular game show, now in it’s 16th year, which was shown on ITV 1 on Saturday 18 September 2004.

The celebrity supporters of NCH failed to answer the £64,000 question “St Crispin’s Day falls in which month?’ They guessed April but it was October.
