The direct marketing and consultancy group has now won the award for three consecutive years.

The award was presented at the Grosvenor House Hotel on the 3rd September, where they were classed as ‘clear winners’ of their group.

The judges commented: “Cascaid is a winner which cannot be faulted on its drive to achieve the best results for its charity clients. Despite continual growth, this firm has never lost sight of the individual needs of voluntary groups, and has developed innovative new services in the past year to help improve best practice in fundraising.”

Ruth Davison (formerly of the Shaftesbury Society, now at Crisis) was one of the clients who nominated Cascaid. She said: “Cascaid are an integral part of the Direct Marketing team at Shaftesbury – not only is their work excellent but their commitment to understanding Shaftesbury’s cause has meant that we were able to achieve huge amounts in two years. This culminated in securing significant financial investment from Trustees in order to test and develop new acquisition techniques.”

Alan Clayton, Managing Director of the Cascaid Group, added: “My real joy in winning this award is for the staff team here at Cascaid. For them to know that the clients they work with every day nominated them, and that the judges recognise them, is no less than they deserve for the hard work and enthusiasm they pour into every project.”
