Phone Room nominated for Best Call Centre

Telephone fundraising agency The Phone Room has been nominated for Best Call Centre in the European Call Centre Awards 2003 presented by Call Centre Focus Magazine.

The awards celebrate excellence in all areas. With over 350 entries this year, the awards are highly respected and sought after in the call and contact centre industry.

“We’ve made it to the last six on the short list for Best Call Centre Under 50 Seats and we’re absolutely thrilled,’ said Helen Yeomans, Call Centre Manager.

Recent campaigns include work for UK for UNHCR, St Ann’s Hospice, Guide Dogs for the Blind and National Asthma Campaign.

Winners will be announced in Birmingham in September 2003.
