Pell & Bales wins Barnardo's 2003/04 telemarketing account

Children’s charity Barnardo’s has announced that it has awarded its 2003/04 telemarketing programme to London-based agency Pell & Bales, following recent testing of various telemarketing suppliers.

Diana Sorrell, Head of Supporter Marketing at Barnardo’s commented: “Having been engaged in telefundraising activities for over four years, we now want to further develop our telemarketing programme and increase the level of sophistication of the processes involved. In this respect we feel that Pell & Bales has all the necessary expertise we require in an outsourced partner”.
