Today the the National Council for Voluntary Organisations launches the first ever guide to designing a Chief Executive’s remuneration package for voluntary organisations. It will help Boards of Trustees and other governing bodies to understand their role in setting Chief Executives’ remuneration and establish a logical, fair and transparent remuneration process.
