STRYKK is supporting MOVEMBER

London based non-alcoholic spirits brand STRYKK is one of this year’s corporate partners for MOVEMBER. The team is inviting all of us to “STRYKK up a conversation” and raise a glass to helping men live healthier, happier, and chattier lives.

STRYKK are taking a three-part approach in helping to raise both money and awareness for the charity, including:

Gins for a good cause

Isle of Barra Distillers donated £12 from every bottle of Barra Atlantic they sold to the Barra Cancer Group, but there’s more – they’ve also created a foundation to give back to the island. Through the Isle of Barra Distillers Foundation they have pledged to donate 1% of their net profits back into the community. The aim is that the community will put ideas to the distillery team, and they will cast a vote on what and where the money should be spent. The biggest goal for the foundation within the 10-year plan is to build a set of affordable homes that they can sell to young families at cost price.

The Spirit of GRACE is a limited edition bespoke gin created in collaboration with award-winning Hawkridge Distillers, to help raise funds for GRACE.

Stirling Distillery’s Gin Blue Line sees 20% of profits go to police mental health charities, including Police Care UK. It’s already raised over £2,000.

Cabin Pressure’s Horsham Spirit has been raising funds for the local branch of Royal British Legion.

Batch Distillery made a charity edition gin for Pendleside Hospice.

The Cornish Land of Saints Organic Gin gives all surplus profits to Fauna & Flora International.

Buddies Gin has produced an exclusive run of 100 limited-edition bottles of gin to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Donoghue v Stevenson or ‘the Paisley Snail’ legal case. For every bottle bought, seven pounds will go to the Lawscot Foundation.

Derbyshire Distillery’s RBL gins give £3 from the sale of each bottle to the Royal British Legion.

75 Gin sees all profits from sales go toward MND research.  It’s been launched by Rugby League’s Rob Burrow, who has MND, and Doddie Weir. A Christmas single is also raising funds for the Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease in Leeds.
