Bag2School warns of bogus collectors

Howard Lake | 2 March 2007 | News

Fundraising recycling company Bag2School is warning that other operators are claiming fraudulently to be collecting donated clothing on behalf of Bag2School.

North Yorkshire-based Back2School has warned the schools, nurseries, colleges, Scouts and Guides groups that it helps fundraise for that “some unscrupulous operators are illegally purporting to be B2S.”

It advises them to that “if you have not arranged a collection through our call centre on either 0870 242 1212 or 01609 780222” and/or “if you did not receive a computer generated cheque + certificate” then they have not been dealing with the legitimate Bag2School.
