Heels for Wheels: donated by Trinny Woodall

Children’s charity Whizz-Kidz is asking the public to donate their shoes for recycling to raise funds as part of its ‘Mecca Wheel Difference’ campaign with Mecca Bingo.

The Heels for Wheels campaign starts on 25 September and will run until the end of the year. The charity is looking for any kinds of shoes, not just those with high heels.

The charity is encouraging donors to take a photo of themselves and their shoes before they hand them over and then post it to photo-sharing website Flickr.com. From these the charity will choose pictures of the funniest, most outlandish shoes donated.
