Retailchoice.com lists charity shop volunteer vacancies

Howard Lake | 1 February 2006 | News

Retail job board retailchoice.com is allowing UK charities with high street shops to post vacant positions within their shops on the site for free.

The new volunteer vacancy listings mean that retail job seekers can use the site to find paid work and volunteer work in charity shops.

Charities already involved in the scheme and benefiting from an increase in volunteer applications as a result include Save the Children and Help The Aged. A number of other charities are also looking to post their volunteer roles over the next month, according to retailchoice.com.
