GuideStar UK’s exclusive preview period for charities has been restored following changes to the login and registration system. Over 1,500 charities logged into the site on its first day.

The charities information site, which is reaching the final stages of testing, recorded an average of 125 charities an hour logging in to view their entry. Half of them updaetd their entries.

“There seems to be a lot of enthusiasm for the preview: the first charity logged in within 2 minutes of the launch,” said Tom Lasparini, Project Director.
