Ian Kerr of Midas Charity Appeals explains how simple it can be to add a few more potential legators to your tally.
“So far this year I have been involved in designing 3 legacy campaigns. In each I ask trustees to sign a codicil and be quoted as doing so the literataure before it goes to their supporters.
“In order to get trustees agreeing, I first ask the Chair, often saying that I would like to use his or her photo and words of dedication on the leaflet.
