Companies House beta service

It is always interesting to see more information being made freely available. Companies House has launched a beta service which will eventually replace Companies House Direct. Current features of the beat service include company overviews, current and resigned officers, document images, mortgage charge data, previous company names, insolvency data, change registered office address. Planned features still to be included in the beta service include officer searching, disqualified directors, company monitoring, company name availability, dissolved companies, overseas data, other document filings. It remains to be seen whether Companies House will continue to show details of recent addresses. It looks like more directors are opting for service addresses.
