Personalised greetings card service offers donations on year-round card sales
Giving.cards is a new entrant to the personalised greetings card sector that helps generate income for charities. It offers a wide range of cards and designs that celebrate events throughout the year, offering an ongoing source of income for charities.
The service allows the sender to personalise their cards with a message, a photo and their chosen charity logo printed on the back.
Giving.cards “typically donates at least 20p per card to the senders preferred charity”.

The platform also allows customers to order multiple copies of a card, with each one personalised to a different recipient. The consumer simply uploads a list of names and addresses, and Giving.cards then automatically personalises and prints each one. Every card is then posted to each relevant recipient.
The service is open not just to charities but schools, clubs and fundraising groups. There is no sign-up or monthly fee.
Tony Kemp, the founder of Giving.cards, said:
“Britons now spend around £1.3 billion a year on single greetings cards but traditionally larger charities have been the only ones to benefit – and then just once a year from the sale of boxed Christmas cards.
“Now, whether it’s for birthdays, Mother’s Day, thank you or any other greetings occasion, fundraising groups can benefit from the sale of every single card all year round.”
Initial charity partners include St John’s Ambulance, the Born Free Foundation and the Thai Children’s Trust.
