All the winners will also receive a free JustTextGiving by Vodafone fundraising pack including a large personalised banner for each charity and balloons.

Pauline Broomhead, CEO of the FSI, the charity behind Small Charity Week, said that, without support from their local community, many small charities may be forced to close.

She added: "That is why we feel it is so important to offer small charities the opportunity to engage with their local community as part of Fundraising Day – not only do we hope they will raise some funds on the day itself, we also hope this may lead to some new longer term connections with members of the public”.

Fundraising Day of Small Charity Week will take place on 21 June.
