Development charity Practical Action has appointed direct-to-digital agency TDA for a digital project to restructure the organisation’s web presence.
Following a review of its website and the development of a new online strategy, the charity has tasked TDA with developing a sustainable website structure, including key microsites, and mapping suitable customer journeys through that structure.
Rob Cartridge, Head of Communications at Practical Action, said: “The customer journey should be an intuitive one, allowing them to move through our site seamlessly, always being presented with content in a format appropriate to them. To that end, we need to redefine our audiences, what we want of them, and what they might want of us, and use that as the cornerstone for our entire online presence.”
TDA has been working with Practical Action since earlier this year, creating and implementing a programme to broaden the charity’s audience and test new approaches to fundraising.
