New funding alert service launched

Funding research organisation Inspiring Vision has launched Charity Grants Alert, a low-cost service designed for time-pressed fundraisers working alone or project workers with little fundraising support who need information about which grants are available.
Inspiring Vision’s Gary Wiltshire said: “Charity Grants Alert is for anyone who is not convinced that they know every grant-seeking opportunity out there”.
Charity Grants Alert is published every Wednesday with information about new sources of grants and changed funding guidelines from local, regional and national grant givers throughout the UK. Each week this adds up to about a dozen items.
The Alert covers trusts, the Lottery, quangos and government departments. Each listing describes who is giving, what for, where and what the closing dates are. Each entry will also cover where to go for more information and application forms.
The new Alert service is being launched at an introductory annual subscription of £100 plus VAT (£115).
