Two new appointments at Lloyds TSB Foundation

The Lloyds TSB Foundation for England and Wales has appointed a new Director of finance and administration and a new Head of grant-making North.
Jocelyn Boughton joins as Director of finance and administration with senior management experience from the voluntary and corporate sectors. For the past three years she worked with VSO as a management advisor for BIJAM in Nepal. Previously she held the posts of operations director, financedirector and company secretary.
Her initial focus will be to update the Foundation’s information support systems to develop effective grant making, drawing from her customer focused background.
Anne Dawson joins as Head of grant-making North with extensive grant-making experience including the Big Lottery Fund, where for the past two years she was a public involvement consultant working closely with ITV on ‘The People’s Millions’ and ‘The People’s £50 million’. She has extensive community grants experience from different perspectives including management of a CAB.
She will be focusing on building the Foundation’s geographical presence in the North of England, developing a local grant team focused on delivering grants to disadvantaged groups most in need.
