Olivia Newton John

Singer Olivia Newton-John is being joined by a team of entertainment stars as she walks along the Great Wall of China to raise funds for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Centre in Australia.
She is being joined on the 21-day 228-kilometre event, which begins on 7 April, by starts including Sir Cliff Richard, Joan Rivers, Dannii Minogue, and Toyah Willcox, together with people who have survived cancer.
Newton-John’s personal experience with breast cancer 15 years ago led her to partner with the Austin Hospital in 2003, in her former hometown Melbourne, to create a comprehensive cancer and wellness centre for the treatment, care and research of all types of cancer.
Each participant will support Olivia by appealing to their friends and fans to sponsor their steps via the Great Walk to Beijing website.
