Whitewater offers ‘no win, no fee’ service to clients

Direct marketing agency Whitewater is starting off 2008 by offering a new initiative to all its clients plus 10 new ones. It will undertake a donor acquisition campaign for each client but will only take its planning, creative and project management fees if the charity uses the creative a second time.
The only catch is that the charities should brief Whitewater to develop two warm appeals during 2008.
Managing director Steve Andrews said Whitewater was the only DM agency to win the Direct Marketing Association award for innovation and was prepared to take on the risk of developing these campaigns.
