The September issue of Professional Fundraising magazine includes a free copy of ‘Raising the bar: PF’s guide to great fundraising’. The new book features 14 case studies from leading UK charities taken from the 2007 PF Awards.
It includes how the NSPCC ran its Full Stop Appeal, how the Watermill Theatre raised £3 million for a capital appeal while at the same time increasing general voluntary income by over 70%, and how Volunteer Reading Help successfully negotiated a rigorous grant application process to receive £500,000 from the Private Equity Foundation.
