Recycled printer cartridge scheme raises £78,334 for RSPCA

The Recycling Factory has donated £78,334 to the RSPCA as a result of its recycled printer cartridge donation campaign.

The company, which has offices in the USA and Germany, recently launched in the UK to recycle inkjet cartridges and mobile phones. It has raised “several hundred thousands of pounds” so far for its partner charities which include ChildLine and Action Medical Research.

The latest donation to the RSPCA brings the charity’s total income from this scheme to over £200,000, according to Anthony Baumann, Head of Fundraising at the charity.
