Children's hospice launches fundraising rose
Little Havens Children’s Hospice in Essex has launched a fundraising rose which has been specially cultivated to honour the charity’s eighth birthday, and which incorporates the magenta colour of the organisation.
The Little Havens Rose was created over several months by experts at Alton Garden Centre in Basildon and it was launched by BBC gardener Peter Seabrook.
The rose is a Deep Pink Floribunda which is slightly scented, and a Little Havens Rose Bush costs £8.99 with £2 from each plant going to Little Havens.
