The UK Fundraising Bookshop has been updated to include two new editions of books by CaritasData Ltd, The Top 1000 Charities in Scotland, and Who’s Who in Charities 2006.

The new edition of “Who’s Who in Charities” now includes up-to-date biographies and contact details on almost 50,000 charity personnel. Charities qualify for a 50% discount on the published price of £215 if they buy from CaritasData Ltd.

The new edition of The Top 1000 Charities in Scotland of course includes the leading grantmaking as well as operational charities. Each charity is listed with, where available, a five-year financial history, the charity’s aims, grantmaker status, and names of its key executives and patrons.

The publishers say that the book will be useful to fundraisers who wish to identify grantmakers and corporate donors who are sympathetic to their cause, and for those keen to compare other charities levels of income – lottery, legacy and voluntary.

Similarly the book is available at a 50% discount to charities buying it directly from the publisher.
