NCVO issues invitation to tender for procurement guide

NCVO’s Sustainable Funding Project and Futurebuilders-England are inviting tenders for the writing of a two-part publication consisting of Guide to Procurement for the voluntary and community sector supported by a selection of case studies.
The guide will be aimed in particular at the many small and medium sized voluntary and community organisations engaged in delivering public services which are inexperienced in navigating the complex realm of rules, procedures and practices that constitute the public sector procurement process.
