Every Mikkle Mek a Mukkle

Or¦.Unlocking Committed Giving

For our first article I am delighted to have a piece written by David Dixon, a well-known and highly regarded figure within the not-for-profit sector. The article looks at the ever-popular subject of regular (or committed) giving, and how we can use it to generate additional funds.

I appreciate that many of you are currently very focused on managing the amazing response from the public to the Tsunami appeal. At these times the many charities who are not beneficiaries of these inflows of funds appreciate even more the benefit of having a strong base of regular, committed donations that will see them through periods when one-off donations may be considerably lower than usual.

I trust this newsletter will provide you with some new insights into this particular subject, and I look forward to bringing you articles similar to this in future editions of Fundraising Well, along with other relevant material.
