Home Office lifeline funding deadline nears

Third Sector magazine reports that applications to a Home Office fund for lifeline funding for voluntary sector infrastructure bodies facing closure should be made by 16 June.

The Home Office fund is worth £500,000 and is for infrastructure bodies such as councils for voluntary service and volunteer bureaux facing closure in the next six months.

According to Third Sector, “between 20 and 30 groups are expected to benefit from grants of up to £40,000.”
