Cats Protection’s Web site is New Media Age’s site of the week this week.
The charity’s Web site has been redesigned as part of its 75th birthday celebrations. Reviewer Claire Armitt is fortunately quite taken with the Flash introduction of an animated cat, but admits it “doesn’t really perform any practical function.”
She comments that the “navigation is easy and the A-to-Z index comprehensive.”
The Web site scores 22/25 for content, 20/25 for usability, just 18/25 for branding, and an impressive 22/25 for monetisation, yielding a total of 82/100.
