The Johns Hopkins Institute for Policy Studies, Center for Civil Society Studies is seeking applications for its International Fellows in Philanthropy Program for the 2000-2001 academic year. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, this programme affords an opportunity to advance study, research, and training for up to eight participants each year who are involved in studying or managing private non-profit, or philanthropic organisations outside of the United States, or working as NGO liaisons in the public or commercial sectors.
