The Institute of Charity Fundraising Managers has a new Chief Executive.

The Institute of Charity Fundraising Managers has a new Chief Executive. Rachel Talbot will take up the post on 6th April 1999, moving from her current position as Chief Executive of Suffolk ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England).
