Various charities are launching online fundraising activities in the run-up to Christmas.

Imperial Cancer Research Fund have teamed up with ShoppersUniverse to sell a Christmas quiz over the Web.

Comic Relief is back just for Christmas – so pleased were they with their online fundraising success in March this year. For one month only their new site has a variety of features, including a new joke each day on their advent calendar, and the option of secure online giving. Tony Robinson, who plays Baldrick in Blackadder, will be making a celebrity guest appearance on the Comic Relief site, which is sponsored by BT.
