Dialogue Direct goes into liquidation
The face-to-face fundraising agency, Dialogue Direct, has gone into voluntary liquidation. A statement from the company said this was down to “a number of reasons including a very difficult market situation”.
A report in Third Sector also cited difficulties meeting payment plans to HM Revenue and Customs, although Robert Buchhaus, managing director of Face2Face Fundraising in Austria, another member of the Dialog Group, said that the company has been operating profitably.
Andreas Leitner, director of TDG Operations which owns Dialogue Direct, said that no charities were owed any money by the company and the closure did not affect any other companies in The Dialog Group.
