Two Irish foundation deadlines approach

Two Irish foundations have deadlines for applications in the next few weeks. The Katharine Howard Foundation deadline is 11th April and the St Stephen’s Green Trust deadline 2nd May.
The Katharine Howard Foundation will support community projects in disadvantaged areas throughout Ireland, with Co. Wexford and South Wicklow given particular consideration. The Foundation looks favourably towards start-up projects and to those that might be co-funded from other sources. Applications will be considered for Projects supporting:
–Families
–Children and young people
–People with disabilities
–Older people
–Refugee and asylum seekers
Grants are normally in the range of euro 500 – 2,500. For more details and application form check www.khf.ie
The Stephen’s Green Trust gives grants in the areas of disability (Autistic Spectrum Disorder; Hearing Impairment); Development and Integration (Older people in isolation; New Communities; Travellers);
Breaking the Link (Homelessness; Offenders);
Christian Values and Social Change.
