1,352 UK streets are "Millionaire's Rows"

The Daily Mail reports that there are 1,352 streets in the UK that have average house prices of £1 million or more, and has published a list of the top 200. In 2000, only 322 streets met that criterion.
At the top of the list is Kensington Square, where the average property price is £5.5 million. Indeed, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, not surprisingly, accounts for 16 of the top 20 streets in the list.
The list is based on the findings of property information firm Mouseprice.com. Indeed, the company admits that the figure of 1,352 could be conservative because it does not have sufficient sales data for some streets.

London and the South East dominate the top 200, but there are other wealthy streets around the country, such as Gubeon Wood, near Morpeth in Northumberland, which has an average price of £1.1 million; Cadbury Camp Lane in Somerset; and Western Avenue in the Sandbanks area of Poole in Dorset.
