Kingdom Bank donates 20% of its profits

Nottingham-based Christian bank Kingdom Bank Limited donated £70,000 to nearly 30 charities last month, 20% of its annual profit.

Recipients include Youth for Christ’s Fort Rocky event, which received a donation of £3,468 from the bank, together with Tear Fund, World Vision, Christians Against Poverty and the Assemblies of God.

Kingdom Bank chief executive Peter Jessop said: “The bank has set out its commitment to give away a share of profit, and it gives me great pleasure to announce details of this year’s recipients.
