The Mountain Warehouse Charity Challenge is back for a third year. The campaign encourages members of the public to set themselves daring outdoor challenges for charity with a prize fund of £10,000.
This year the winner will also win the opportunity to join in one of the ‘bucket list’ challenges of Beth Tweddle, the three-time Olympic gymnast. She’s the ambassador for this year’s campaign from the outdoor retailer. Her list includes bungee jumping, water skiing and skydiving.

To take part in the Charity Challenge entrants need to visit the Mountain Warehouse Charity Challenge website and provide details, explaining why they have chosen their charity, together with a photo or video to represent their challenge.
All entrants will have their own page to share and encourage their friends and family to vote. If you have already completed a challenge this year you can still enter it.
Last year’s challenge attracted more than 400 outdoor enthusiasts. The winner, Tracey Ames, took on the heights of Snowdonia’s Big Dipper Zip line in aid of the Greyhound Gap charity.
Mark Neale, founder of Mountain Warehouse said:

“It’s fantastic to have Beth on board as our ambassador for this year’s Charity Challenge. Mountain Warehouse is dedicated to supporting charities across the country and we hope that 2015 will see more entrants than ever before”.

Entry is now open and will close on 17 August 2015. The winner will be based on public voting over two rounds. The final winner will be announced in October.
