Children's Society chooses Midland HR and Payroll solution

The Children’s Society has chosen an integrated HR and payroll system from Midland HR & Payroll Solutions, in a contract worth £176,000 over 7 years.
The charity plans to roll out all modules of the Trent software solution in-house to create a single view of its 800 staff. This integrated system will increase efficiency and provide better board level reporting. Payslip printing and BACS processing will be outsourced to Midland HR.
By November 2006 The Children’s Society plans to have fully implemented the core HR, payroll, absence monitoring and recruitment modules, followed by self-service and learning & development in 2007.
