The Leonard Cheshire Chairman has raised funds for the charity with a 10,000ft skydive.

Charles Morland, the Chairman of Leonard Cheshire, the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of support to disabled people, took part in a fundraising skydive at the weekend, jumping from 10,000ft over an Oxfordshire airfield.

Charles said: “After encouraging so many people to jump for Leonard Cheshire, I thought it was about time I did the same! As a wheelchair user, I think it’s wonderful that I was able to skydive and shows that disabled people can achieve their ambitions when there are no barriers to opportunity.”

Skydiving is one of the regular fundraising events organised by the Events Team at Leonard Cheshire.
