Sky employees raise £1,500 for NSPCC with sports matches

Broadcaster Sky’s Summer Tournament of staff football and netball matches has raised £1,500 for NSPCC, Sky’s charity of the year.
The fundraising event was held at the Grasshopper’s Rugby Club in Isleworth near Sky’s HQ. Nearly 300 Sky employees participated in the netball and football tournaments consisting of 32 six a-side football teams and eight netball teams.
Sky has pledged to raise £125,000 for the children’s charity during 2003.
