AMA introduce remote monitoring telephone system at call centres
Fundraisers will be able to monitor AMA Charity Services’ telemarketing calls remotely from their own offices thanks to a new telephone system at the agency.
Anderson Manning Associates are installing a new telephone system at their Bangor and Derry call centres which will let fundraising clients dial in and listen to what operators are saying to their donors. They will also be able, from their own offices, to hear what donors say about their charity.
AMA CS’s selected system is the “REMOTE OFFICE 9115” and the agency claims that this is the first time such a system will be available to charities in the UK.

Fintan Bradley, Director of AMA CS, said: “This service offers charity fundraisers total piece of mind. It will almost be like the operator is in the next room. It also means we’ll be putting our neck on the line – but that is what we want to do!”
The new telephone system is part of a total overhaul of client services at AMA Charity Services. The system will be available this month, and one of the first charities to benefit will be the National Canine Defence League.
