New research for ACEVO underlines the need for chief executives to have vision and leadership skills.
Preliminary research with 12 voluntary sector chief executives by people management consultants, Hay Group, and the Association of Chief Executives in Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) shows that leaders with a clear vision are, perhaps not surprisingly, the ones most likely to retain staff and achieve success.
