Voluntary sector staff with the potential to reach senio positions within their fields are invited to be nominated for places on the four courses a year run by the Windsor Leadership Trust.
Voluntary sector staff with the potential to reach senior positions within their fields are invited to be nominated for places on the four courses a year run by the Windsor Leadership Trust.
The Trust brings together a group of people to spend a week reflecting on leadership, testing their thinking with other participants, and challenging the thinking of existing leaders who come to speak.
